Inspection of Mobile Phone shops

On 24 August 2017, Trade Inspectors from the Trade Inspection Division working along with the Consumer Protection Division, conducted the inspection of mobile phone shops in the market of central of Vientiane. Following the investigation, it was found that the shops were operated by Foreign Business without license selling counterfeit mobile phones. A warning notice was issued to the owner and the phones were seized.
