In Myanmar, Consumer Protection Law (2014) was enacted on March 14th, 2014 and it was amended to be compatible with modern age and New Consumer Protection Law was enacted on March 15th, 2019 according to Pyidaungsu Hluttaw Law No. 9/2019. There are 25 Chapters and 84 Sections in New Consumer Protection Law (2019).
